Rhetoric exclusively ships via the United States Postal Service in an effort to keep your shipping costs low. As of now we offer USPS Priority and Express shipping.

Changes to My Order

You may only make changes to your order if your request is received by us before your order is processed. We may or may not be able to make your requested change(s) to your order, depending on demand. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped from Rhetoric, we cannot grant change requests. You may simply hit reply from your confirmation email to submit your request.

International Shipping

We enthusiastically ship to the following countries. Some countries charge fees for packages delivered from an outside country. Rhetoric T-Shirts is not responsible for customs or excise import fees that International countries may levy upon package arrival.

Be sure to check and see if you will be charged fees for an incoming package from the USA before you order from us!

Shipment Tracking

The USPS doesn't have the most reliable or advanced tracking system out there. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email stating so with a tracking number from the US Postal Service. Unfortunately the USPS does not provide real-time tracking, so the tracking number you receive will tell you two things:

• Confirming when your order was shipped
• Confirmation of when your package was marked delivered

What this means to you is: We here, at Rhetoric, cannot tell you where your package is at any given time throughout the delivery process. Be patient!

You can expect orders within the US to be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless you upgraded to 1-2 Day Express Shipping), and International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to be delivered depending on country and customs.

We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times.

Express US shipping

All orders received will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order is processed, you can expect Express Shipping packages within the US to be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date it was shipped.

However, Rhetoric cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. Please allow yourself ample delivery time to receive your package. Rhetoric can not refund orders or shipping costs if packages are not delivered on time by the USPS.
